How to do HDMI certification?

Product category:

• HDMI Cable
• Source—HDMI signal transmit, eg:DVD,STB,VHS
• Sink—HDMI signal receiver, eg:TV,projector
• Repeater—set with more than one HDMI input and output

Certification flow:

• contact HDMI LLC to be Adopter
• contact with ATC Lab to order certification test
• Ship out product, remit certification fee
• Receive test result form in 1 or 2 weeks after ordered test date
• If result Pass，contact HDMI LLC to legally use HDMI Logo
  If result Fail，try to resolve it and Resubmit for test

Referenced certification Fee (1/4 prices if Resubmit)

Please note：

• All sources must have the capability to disable HDCP
• All source devices must have the capability to provide a way(via its remote control or front panel buttons)to:
     Change HDMI video resolutions(480P,720P,1080i…)and      pects(4:3,16:9)
      Change color format(RGB, YCbCr)
      Display current resolution playing mode if possible

• The ATC will only test fully function production , the DUT(device under test )should be a production product: no exposed wires, components…
• The DUT should be shipped with all necessary equipment and document
• It’s mandatory that we receive your product no later than 3 days prior to your schedule date
• In order for testing to begin as scheduled, we must receive test payment prior to test date
